Liberty Hill, Texas (Liberty Hill HS / Oklahoma Panhandle State)

BEFORE TAMUSA:

• Began his collegiate career at NAIA program Oklahoma Panhandle State, where his freshman season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic
• Competed in multiple tournaments for the Aggies, and won the Ranger Invitational hosted by Northwestern Oklahoma State with a 4-over-par 146 (Sept. 2019)
• Named OPSU’s Aggie of the Week after his win at the Ranger Invitational
• Was a four-year letterwinner at Liberty Hill High School
• Competed in the Class 4A state tournament in 2016, and again as a senior in 2019

PERSONAL:

• Son of Linda and Heath Walz, and Scott Harper
• Has two sisters, Maddie and Emma
• Plays the guitar
