Sports Information

The sports information department at Texas A&M University-San Antonio handles media and public relations for all Jaguar varsity teams. The department is responsible for all media relations pertaining to student-athletes, coaches and staff. A&M-San Antonio sports information department maintains tamusasports.com, produces game programs for home A&M-San Antonio events, and produces press releases for Jaguar varsity athletic contests and events. The department collects and compiles statistics for school records as well as reporting to the NAIA and the Red River Athletic Conference.

All interview requests for coaches, administrators, or student athletes, should be sent to A&M-San Antonio's Deputy Athletic Director, Stephen Sherman. Every effort will be made to fulfill requests within a timely manner.
